Ensure smooth entry processing
Work closely with participants, vendors, and staff
Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication abilities
Experience in event coordination is a plus

2024 GILA COUNTY FAIR

ENTRY DIRECTOR APPLICATION

This application is to be completed by each person who desires to serve as the Entry Director for the Gila County Fair. The Fair Board will consider each application and make the appointment which seems to be in the best interest of the Fair. This is a volunteer position, and no monetary compensation will be given for this position.

Duties include management of the Still Exhibit Hall at the Gila County Fair. Compiling the Annual Entries Book and all superintendents for each department. Ensuring all departments get judged and recorded correctly. Paying out premiums to exhibitors. Ordering awards for the Exhibit Hall.

The Entry Director must be available and on site for the entire week of September 20-29, 2024.
